The Industrial Services Program is committed to high quality and reliability, RIO Industrial Services is a non-profit business that will provide your company with the trained labor necessary to get your job done.

The Supported Employment Program assists individuals in finding and maintaining competitive employment. Placement may be individual or in a small group (enclave) of 4 to 8. Employment areas include but are not limited to: assembly, hotel work, food service and the tertainment industry. RIO maintains case management services while rolled in Supported Employment. Initially, RIO provides fulltime job coaching, on-site, with supervision time gradually decreasing, as the worker becomes successful on the job. Placements are made with the individual's transportation needs in mind. The RIO Job Coach may provide mobility training from the individual's home to and from the job. Individual's in enclaves will be supervised for the duration of their employment.

The Transitional Adult Program (TAP) is a creative day program designed to teach and maintain functional living skills in combination with social, educational and vocational training services.  TAP specializes in serving adults with developmental disabilities who require extended periods of "real work and life" challenges to improve and enhance a person’s quality of life.

The Work Services Program   is a facility based program designed to increase employability by developing and refining appropriate work behaviors, skills, productivity, quality and stamina through the use of paid sub-contract work. Paid work and on-the-job training are provided at RIO and in various business and industrial settings, with counseling, mobility training and other services as needed.

The Bi-Monthly Newsletter is created by Savitha Reddy and is directed towards our Vocational Department, Staff and Clients.
